Minimum twice.

Once (or technically none, since I bathe rather than shower, heh)

Check your E-mail?
Constantly. There are no numbers -- my email is always open.

Check LJ?
Three -- morning, lunch, and afternoon/evening.

Eat?
Three to five -- main meals plus snacking.
